Shake well before using .Adult use only(12 years and older):take 2 to 4 tsp (10 to 20 ml)every 4-6 hours
Do not take more than 16 tsp(80 ml )in 24 hours.
Cautions
Do not use with other products containing diphenhydramine even one used on skin •if allergic to any of ingredients •in the elderly who experience confusion at nighttime.This product may produce excitation rather than sedation in the elderly.
Ask a doctor or pharmacistbefore use if you •are taking other medications including sedatives and tranquilizers •have difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate •glaucoma•persisted cough such as occurs with smoking ,asthma or emphysema•cough with excessive phlegm
