  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or visit our Vancouver storefront for an in-person return.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
