Hops (4:1) extract (Humulus lupulus, strobiles)  equivalent to 100 mg of raw herb	25 mg
Passionflower (4:1) extract (Passiflora incarnata, herb top) equivalent to 100 mg of raw herb	25 mg
Catnip (Nepeta cataria, herb top)	20 mg

Purity

NON-GMO, NO salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 2-3 capsules before going to bed or as needed for the relief of insomnia. Store between 15°C to 25°C, away from children.
