INGREDIENTS

Medicinal Ingredient:

• Lentinula edodes (Shiitake – Fruiting Body)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

• Purified water

• Citric acid

• Potassium sorbate

RECOMMENDED DOSE

Adults:

• Take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) three times daily

• May be taken with or without food

• Can be mixed with water or juice

• For better taste, dose may be taken with a small amount of honey
