Directions
Remove protective shield, lie on left side with knees bent, gently insert nozzle into rectum, squeeze bottle to instill solution, hold 1–5 minutes, then evacuate; adults/children 12+ use 1 bottle per day
Cautions
Consult doctor if 55+, sodium-restricted diet, sudden bowel changes, or prolonged laxative use, discontinue if rectal bleeding, no bowel movement after 30 min, or dehydration occurs, do not use more than 1 enema per 24 h, keep out of reach of children, seek medical help if swallowed.
