INGREDIENTS

Medicinal Ingredient (per tablet):

• Methocarbamol – 750 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Corn starch, magnesium stearate, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid.

RECOMMENDED DOSE

Adults:

Initial dose: Take 2 tablets every 6 hours for 2–3 days (maximum 8 tablets per day).

Maintenance dose: Take 1 tablet every 4 hours (maximum 6 tablets per day).

Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration needed.
