RECOMMENDED SERVING
Adults: Take 2-3 tablespoons (30-45 mL), 1-2 times per day. May be taken with or without food. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
CAUTIONS
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes and/or taking blood thinners or digoxin.
STORAGE
