1. Prepare Your Skin
Wash the back of your upper arm with plain soap and water
Pat dry completely
Clean with the provided alcohol wipe and let air dry
2. Apply the Sensor
Place the sensor applicator on the prepared site
Press down firmly to attach
Secure edges gently with your fingers
3. Activate the Sensor
Open the FreeStyle Libre 2 app or reader
Select “Scan New Sensor”
Hold device near the sensor to activate
Sensor is ready to use after 60 minutes
4. Remove & Replace
Peel off the adhesive edge and remove in one motion
Apply the next sensor to a different spot on the back of the arm
