INGREDIENTS

Medicinal Ingredients:

• Dextromethorphan hydrobromide – 15 mg per 5 mL

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

• Ammonium carbonate

• Camphor

• Canada balsam

• Capsicum annuum extract

• Carrageenan

• Glycerin

• Menthol

• Pine oil pumilio

• Purified water

• Sodium saccharin

RECOMMENDED DOSE

• Shake well before use

• Adults & children 12+: 2 teaspoons (10 mL) every 6–8 hours

• Do not exceed 4 doses (40 mL) in 24 hours

• May be mixed with equal parts honey

CAUTIONS / WARNINGS

• Do not use if allergic to any ingredients or if taking MAOIs (or within 2 weeks of stopping them)

• Do not combine with other products containing dextromethorphan

• Consult a healthcare professional if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if cough is persistent

• Stop use if symptoms worsen, last over 7 days, or if fever, rash, or persistent headache develops

• Keep out of reach of children

• In overdose: contact poison control immediately
