WHAT IT IS / WHAT IT DOES

Contingency™ ONE is an emergency contraceptive containing levonorgestrel 1.5 mg. It is intended to help prevent pregnancy after unprotected intercourse or a contraceptive failure, such as a broken condom. The tablet works primarily by delaying or preventing ovulation and is most effective when taken as soon as possible after the event.

INGREDIENTS

Medicinal Ingredient:

– Levonorgestrel 1.5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

– Colloidal silicon dioxide

– Corn starch

– Lactose monohydrate

– Magnesium stearate

– Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP K-25)

RECOMMENDED DOSE

• Take one tablet orally as soon as possible after unprotected intercourse

• Can be taken with or without food

• If vomiting occurs within 2 hours, consult a pharmacist or healthcare professional — another dose may be required

CAUTIONS / WARNINGS

• Not effective if more than 72 hours have passed

• Not intended for regular or repeated use

• Does not terminate an existing pregnancy

• May cause temporary menstrual changes, nausea, headache, or fatigue

• Consult a healthcare professional if your period is delayed by more than one week
