RECOMMENDED DOSE

• Adults & children 5+ years:

  Take 1 sachet nightly, after brushing and all oral hygiene steps.

  Pour directly into the mouth and swish until dissolved.

  Avoid eating, drinking, or rinsing for 30 minutes.

• Children 1–5 years:

  Dissolve sachet contents in a small amount of water before use.
